Rooms beyond a plan’s allowance are £2 each a month, or £20 a year, so taking on a few more never means jumping a whole plan. Payment is by card through Stripe. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing period. Annual plans are billed in advance.

Do residents pay to use Rimeroo?

No. Resident access is included in the agency plan.

What happens when our portfolio grows?

Nothing stops working and nothing jumps. Rooms beyond your plan’s allowance are £2 each a month, added to your next bill rather than charged mid-month, so two extra rooms on Launch cost £4 rather than £80. When the next plan up would be cheaper, Billing says so and switches you across in a click. We will help larger portfolios agree a suitable rollout.

Can we try Rimeroo first?

Yes. Every new landlord or agency account starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. If you would like a guided pilot across a few properties first, ask us.

How do we pay, and can we cancel?

By card, through Stripe. Owners and admins can change the plan, update the card, download invoices or cancel under Billing in the dashboard. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Can landlords or branches have separate access?

Team roles and organisation access keep the right properties and management tools available to the right people.
